At Palms Physiotherapy & Allied Health, we welcome private clients of all ages, abilities and conditions.
You do not need NDIS funding or a referral to book many of our services (unless a specific service requires one).

We accept private payments for appointments and services.
For your convenience, we also have a HICAPS machine available at the clinic, so eligible clients can process on-the-spot private health insurance claims (depending on your fund and level of cover).
To help your appointment run smoothly, please bring:
Your private health insurance card (if you plan to claim)
Any relevant referrals or reports (if applicable)
Any scans/imaging reports or specialist letters (if relevant)
